Instructions for Barbecue chicken
To prepare the Barbecue chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the chicken into quarters. Cut the loose neck skin by. Cook a barbecue sauce together by oil, tomato paste, barbecue spice, English sauce, groftrevet onion, tabasco, crushed garlic and broth, season with salt and pepper. Cook it on low heat approximately 15-20 min. Cool. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the barbecue sauce over. Turn the meat well. Let it soak 4 hours in the refrigerator. Take the chicken up and swipe the sauce off with your fingers. Put the meat on the preheated grill-ca. 25-35 min. unseparated leg quarters, breast pieces ca. 15-25 min. Brush frequently with the sauce. Server chicken with grilled corn on the cob, mixed green salad as well as flute.
