To prepare the Beetroot Salad I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel beetroots and grind them roughly. Blanch the beets in boiling water and cool them in a sieve. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Whip mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil together, turn the dressing with apples, beetroot and capers.

Serve good bread to the dish or serve red-bellied salad and coarse bread alone.
