To prepare the Bradepande cake with apples and cinnamon DIABETES recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip eggs and sugar white and frothy. Add the oil and Quark and stir well. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla and PerfectFit and flip it into the dough.
Wide dough into a greased baking pan at approximately 25 x 35 cm. put the Apple pieces on dough in a nice pattern and press them down a bit in the dough. Mix the almonds, sugar, tabletop sweetener and cinnamon and sprinkle it over the apples in a thick layer.
Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees (160 in an hot air oven) for about 30 minutes.
Tips:
The small amounts of sugar in the cake is located within the limits of what a diabetic should eat. Lidl retailer an excellent cheap table sweetener named Colo gran.
