To prepare the Frozen cheese bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate the cheese roughly.
Mix flour, peppers and salt in a bowl. Bring the butter and chop it into small pieces with a knife and crumble it with the fingers. Add the cheese and quickly collect the dough. Leave the rest wrapped in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Roll the dough into a thin plate on a crispy table. Cut it into narrow bars of approx. 8 cm. Put them on a plate covered with baking paper, brush with coiled egg and put them in the middle of the alm. Oven 8-9 minutes until they are soaked and weakly light brown.
The cheese bars are suitable as accessories for various soups or drinks.
tips:
The Danish mozzarella, much cheaper than the original Italian, can be used very well here.
