To prepare the Good Friday porridge recipe, please follow these instructions:

The flour is stirred together with the egg yolks and almonds in half of the milk. The rest of the milk is heated and the egg mixture is added during whipping. Boils approx. 15 min. Whites are whipped and turned into the crop immediately before serving. Is very delicious with sausage sauce (cherry sauce).
