50 | g | In 2 slices of smoked ham |
Instructions for Gordon Bleu Chicken with mushroom sauce
To prepare the Gordon Bleu Chicken with mushroom sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a pocket into the breasts and insert ham, cheese and chopped fresh basil.
Brown chicken breasts in a pan in the oil approx. 15 minutes until they are golden brown and remove them from the forehead where the sliced mushrooms get a roast for approx. 5 minutes at high heat and they are parked covered with the breasts.
Wine, broth and oil with basil boil for approx. 2/3 and taste with peppers and possibly. A splash of tabasko.
