Instructions for Greek pot with rabbit
To prepare the Greek pot with rabbit recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rabbit meat is cut into nice cubes. Bacon cut into small cubes and fry broth in a pan, pick them up and set them aside. The rabbit meat is browned in butter / oil on a pan. The finely chopped onion and crushed garlic will come on, let it simmer a few minutes. Put the browned meat and onion in a frying pan or ovenproof dish. The sliced carrots are cut into slices and attached. Distribute the roasted bacon over the dish. Sprinkle with lettuce and pepper and add broth and red wine vinegar. Lay the lid on the dish / ladder, or cover with aluminum foil. Place the dish / fry in the oven at 200 degrees. After 30 minutes, the rice is turned into court. Lay lay on and step on. After 1 hour, you will find the sliced mushrooms and the finely shredded peppers in the dish. After 10-15 minutes the court is finished. Sprinkle with freshly squeezed pepper.
