To prepare the Honey-glazed deerboat recipe, please follow these instructions:

The top is rolled and lined with cotton yarn. In a pan melt honey, margarine, crushed juniper berries, garlic and pepper together and cool easily. Put the meat in a small pan and lubricate with the honey mixture.

The meat is browned about 10 minutes at 225 °. Broth is poured and the heat is attenuated to 160 °. The meat rises approx. 45 minutes until a meat thermometer shows 72 °.

The cloud is poured into a saucepan and smoothed with maizena stirred in water and cream.

The meat is packed in aluminum foil and draws at least 15 minutes before cutting into thin slices.
