Instructions for Lamb casserole with okra

To prepare the Lamb casserole with okra recipe, please follow these instructions:

Onion and garlic chopped, cut the meat into small terns, cut the potatoes into a slightly coarser tern. The oil is heated in a saucepan. Onions, garlic, meat and potatoes are added and sautéed for approx. 5 minutes.

The stalk and tip are cut by the ocrins that rinse well. The tomatoes are cut into the tern. Add tomatoes and okra as well as spices. Water is poured and the dish cooks approx. 1.5 hours without lid until the meat is tender. Add if necessary. Additional water along the way.

Add yogurt and boil for another 10 minutes. Season with salt.
