4 | tbsp | Oil |
4 | tsp | Sugar |
4 | pinch | Vanilla sugar |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
8 | dl | Mini milk |
Instructions for 'Light' pancakes
To prepare the 'Light' pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix everything except flour in a bowl.
Add the flour while whipping and whip well until the dough is light and without lumps.
Then the pancakes are cooked on a hot pan. Want a thicker "American" pancake, pour the dough just in the middle of the forehead and run out. This makes the dough thick, an alm is desired. Danish pancake (as the recipe is made, turn the pan while pouring the dough to make it even thin).
There will be approx. 20 alm. pancakes.
The dough is not needed to pull. Depending on the quality of the vanilla sugar you use, you can add the dish extra.
tips:
The reason that the pancakes are called "light" pancakes is that the recipe is very easy to remember as there are 4 in each of the same things as well as twice the milk. In addition, it is also "little" lighter than alm. Pancakes as usually milk and butter are used.
