500 | g | Fresh salmon into thin slices |

Instructions for Marinated salmon with tomato potatoes
To prepare the Marinated salmon with tomato potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chopped onions are chopped well and the tomatoes are cut into coarse boats. Olive oil is heated and the onions are sautées ready for it. The tomatoes are added and the whole is boiled softly for 10 minutes. Add chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper. & Lt;
Mix the rest of the olive oil with the juice of the lemon and the finely chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper. Mix the slices of this slice and let it draw for approx. 10 minutes.
Put the tomato compote on the plate in the middle and put the marinated salmon slices on it. Decorate with basil.
Can be served with toasted toast
