Ingredients for Nougat-tart
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tbsp | Syrup, dark |
1.25 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Soft nougat |
100 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Whipped cream |
50 | g | Almonds, peeled |
Instructions for Nougat-tart
To prepare the Nougat-tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Stir or whisk softened butter and sugar well. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir it in alternating with the cream. Came the dough in a greased pie dish or small roasting pan and bake it in the oven at 170 degrees in the middle in half an hour.
Getting all the parts to the filling in a pan and warm it up to the boiling point. Take the cake out of the oven and favor the filling on top.
Set the cake in the oven again at one of the top grooves and behind it again in a few minutes (possibly at a bit higher heat). The filling should bubble for a while until it caramelizes.
