100gWholemeal rye flour
200gGrahams
3dlBoiling water
4dlLukewarm water
50gYeast
750gWheat flour

Instructions for Onion bread

To prepare the Onion bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rye flour and boiling water are stirred together and are covered for some hours or until the next day.

Water and yeast are stirred in. The other ingredients are added. The dough is well kneaded. Set aside for a slight spot about ½ hour.

The dough is knocked down and shaped into 2 rounds of bread. Replies to the plate approx. 15 minutes.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt.
