10gYeast
2Eggs
2dlSkimmed milk
2.5dlWheat flour
3dlBran Flakes/all bran

To prepare the Pancakes with fiber: D recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast with salt and sugar until it is liquid. Lean the milk and stir it out into the yeast together with the grains from the vanilla bar. Bring the flour into a bowl and whip the milk mixture slightly at a time, so it does not cling. Whip the eggs into and finally branflakes / all bran. Let the dough rise for 20 min. And put the small pancakes 2-3 at a time on a teflon pan until they are light / golden.

tips:
Branflakes / All Bran can be replaced by eg. Oat meal. The bran flakes are not crunchy. They become soft when they are fried.
