To prepare the Rhubarb cake with nuts and cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Top and rooted are cut by rubbish rinses. The rhubarb is cut into pieces 3-4 cm.

The eggs are whipped with sugar to thick white foam. Flour and baking powder mix and turn in the dough alternately with cream. Dough the dough into 2 lubricated shapes (30 x 30 cm) or in a large pan.

The rhubarb pieces are placed in rows in the dough and poured over with the melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and chopped nuts.

The cakes / cake is baked in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 35 minutes.

The cake can be frozen and tastes good with cream or cream fry.
