Ingredients for Salmon fillet with coriander

½ | dl | Olive oil |
1 | kg | Laksefilét in the appropriate pieces |
1 | tsp | Grated lime |
2 | clove | Garlic, crushed |
30 | g | Fresh franskbrøds crumbs |
6 | tbsp | Chopped fresh coriander |
Instructions for Salmon fillet with coriander
To prepare the Salmon fillet with coriander recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and dry fish fillets. A thickened pan is brushed with oil. The fish is rubbed with half of the lemon juice and a little salt and put on the forehead with the skin down.
Add so much cold water that the fish is evenly covered. Put the pan in a boil, screw it down for the heat and the fish simmer for 5 minutes. The fish must be turned once. Half of the oil is heated on another pan and breadcrumbs, garlic little salt and coriander added. This fry at low quench with stirring until the breadcrumbs are golden.
