Squash bread

Ingredients for Squash bread

1 dl Fresh chopped parsley
1 dl Ymer
2 tsp Coarse salt
2 tbsp Sugar
200 g Grated Zucchini (not peeled)
4 dl Milk
50 g Yeast
50 g Butter
800-1000 g Wheat flour

Instructions for Squash bread

To prepare the Squash bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

mix yeast and sugar in a bowl with the yeast is completely dissolved (it should be closest to "melt"). Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Add it to the yeast mixture. Add the curdled milk and grated squash. Add the flour and knead until dough is smooth. Let dough raise 1/2 hour. Form the dough into a large loaf of bread, and place on a baking sheet with wax paper. Let the bread lift for at least 1/2 hour. Behind in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for about 1/2 hour (keep an eye on the bread).

Tips:
Instead of ymer can both be used Greek yoghurt. Can be turned into buns by the same procedure, however, bake only ca. 15 min.
