Ingredients for All-season fruit salad

1 Cream fine 19% or a quart of whipping cream
1 Small yoghurt 150 g with PEAR/banana taste
2 Egg whites
2 Bananas
2 Sweet apples
2 Sweet pears
2 tsp Vanilla
50 g Chocolate
50 g Sugar

Instructions for All-season fruit salad

To prepare the All-season fruit salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the 2 egg whites with the sugar into a bowl until it is white and airy. Then take a new bowl and whip the Cream fin / foil to soft "cream" foam. Mix the two pieces together and put the yogurt in. Chop the chocolate with a sharp knife (easier than tearing it) and put it in the cream with vanilla.

Peel the apples, pears and bananas and cut them into small pieces and put into the cream.

Should there be more than 6 people, then add a fruit in per. Press, as there is cream enough.



tips:
This recipe can also be made with exotic fruits and can recommend ½ glass of Kaong / Preserved Sugar Palm, rinsed (available in specialty stores). Sharon fruit, papaya and melon. Everything can be used as long as there are sweet fruits. Enjoy :)
