0.25 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Baking soda
0.5 dl Oatmeal
0.5 dl Flax seed
0.5 dl Oil
0.5 dl Sesame seeds
0.5 dl Sunflower kernels
1 dl Water
3-3.5 dl Wheat flour

To prepare the Breadbread with emmentals recipe, please follow these instructions:

The dry ingredients except wheat flour and grass kernels are stirred together with oil and water.
Wheat flour is stirred into a "fit" texture.
The dough is rolled out between two pieces of baking paper (as flat as possible).
Cut the dough into crispbread to the desired size.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and emmentals over.
Bake at 200 degrees (ordinary oven) for 15-20 minutes.
