Ingredients for Buns with grains

1tbspHoney
10gYeast
2tspSalt
275gRoughly 350 g fine flour, spelt and spelt flour, wheat flour or what you have on the shelf
3tbspBecel sunflower, canola and flaxseed oil
40gWhole flaxseed
40gCrushed flaxseed (use a mortar or a mini chopper)
5dlCold water
50gSunflower kernels

Instructions for Buns with grains

To prepare the Buns with grains recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the water. Add honey, oil, salt and seeds and stir it all together in a large bowl or with your kitchen machine. Then add your flour mixture gradually and knead the dough until it is smooth, but still a little sticky. Cover the bowl with a film or a lid and place it in the refrigerator in min. 12 hours. Shape the dough to buns (use a few if it stick too much) and place the bowls on a baking sheet with baking paper. Brush the balls with a little whipped egg just before baking.
Put the balls into a 250 degree hot oven - immediately turn down to 200 degrees and behind the balls for 15-20 minutes.
