Ingredients for Creamy Baked Chicken

1 canned Heinz "creamy" chicken soup (concentrated) or 5 cups chicken soup and 100 g cream cheese
2,5 dl Savoury bread croutons
4 pcs Chicken breast without bone
50 g Melted butter
8 slices Swiss cheese (Emmental or Danish champion)

Instructions for Creamy Baked Chicken

To prepare the Creamy Baked Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Breast pieces are divided in half or in thirds and arranged in a greased ovenproof dish. Slices of cheese are laid over. The soup is diluted as directed and poured at. Use soup and cream cheese, heat the soup up and add the cheese gradually into blemishes and whip well.

The croutons are crushed and sprinkled and finally melted butter is dripping over it all. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the meat is cooked and the surface is golden and crispy - 45-50 minutes.

tips:
Ready-made spicy croutons are available in a few editions finished in Denmark. But make them possible. Self: Bread scrubbed and cut into small tern. They just wipe with olive oil, turn into slightly crushed garlic and mix to taste with dried herbs - thyme, oregano, sage for example. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until they are crisp and golden and then sprinkle with a little spicy salt.
