Ingredients for Fried egg noodles with chicken, ham and prawns

Oil for frying
Red yellow and green pepper approx. 0.5 of every cut into 1.5 cm cubes
0.25 Broccoli divided into small florets no larger a 1 krone

1 package Ham cubes
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Third spice
1 cup Water
1.5 package Egg Noodles (6 pieces)
2 pcs Fresh chicken breast
2 tbsp Oil
3-4 Small green chili
4 tbsp Full light soy sauce
4 clove Garlic + as much fresh ginger
4-5 tbsp Oyster sauce
8-10 Tiger shrimp

Instructions for Fried egg noodles with chicken, ham and prawns

To prepare the Fried egg noodles with chicken, ham and prawns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the garlic, ginger and chilli (use possibly a persillehakkeren), mixed with salt, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons. oil. Slice the chicken for about 2-3 mm. thin slices, tiger prawns and mariner's the meat in the mixture ca. 1/2 time.
