1 Eggs
100 g Peanuts
100 g Sugar
2 Egg yolks
2.5 dl Whipped cream

Instructions for Jordnøddeis

To prepare the Jordnøddeis recipe, please follow these instructions:

The peanuts are weighed by MED shells.

Remove the shells and the brown "inner shell" from the peanuts.
Crush the nuts into a mortar.
Stir eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
Whip the cream easily into another bowl.
Turn the cream into the egg mass.
Add the peanuts and turn them gently.
Pour the mass into a container with lid and freeze it down.
