Ingredients for Raspberry-Banana smoothie with lemon

A few dl soy-rice or alm. milk
Finely grated zest and freshly squeezed, "", "the juices of 0.25 organic Lemon
a little Ground cinnamon
a little Vanilla powder or 1/4 Rod vanilla
0.5-1 Ripe banana (can be replaced with 1 mango)
1-2 tbsp Canola oil
150-200 g Frozen raspberries
2-4 tbsp Pure whey protein without any additives at all

To prepare the Raspberry-Banana smoothie with lemon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Com whey protein, banana, berries, oil, cinnamon, vanilla and lemon zest and juice in a blender or food processor. Pour enough milk in, to the cover, and turn on the blender. Let the Blender run a little. If it doesn't "take" it all with, so turn off and stir well. Run the Blender migen and see if you don't get a thick shake or something reminiscent of soft ice cream out of it. If not then add a little more milk and run the Blender again.

Tips:
TIP: you can also use other berries than raspberries. you add a little less water and freeze it, you have a healthy ice cream. can easily hold a full day in the fridge.
