200 g Dark chocolate
200 g Savoiardikager (ladyfingers – used for tiramisu)
400 g Strawberries, sliced
6 bullets Carte d'or stracciatella (165 g/300 ml)

To prepare the Strawberry Stracciatella "Tiramisu" recipe, please follow these instructions:

how to do it
1. Cut the Savoyard cakes in half and put them at the bottom of 6 serving glasses.
2. Blend half of the strawberries into a sauce with a spelled blender and pour the sauce over the cakes.
3. Distribute the rest of the strawberries into a layer of moist cakes.
4. Melt the chocolate into a bowl in a water bath.
5. Put 1 spoon of Carte d'Or Stracciatella on top of the strawberries in each glass.
6. Pour the melted chocolate over the ice. Serve immediately
