0.5 dl Olive oil
1 tsp Baking soda
1 dl Green pumpkin seeds
1 dl Oatmeal, finvalsede
1 dl Flax seed
1 tsp Salt
1 dl Sesame seeds
1 dl Sunflower kernels
2.5 dl Water
3.5 dl Wheat flour

Instructions for The best crispbread

To prepare the The best crispbread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir oil and water so that the dough turns into a thick "porridge".

Half put on a baking paper and place a new piece of baking paper on top.
Roll out the "porridge" with a baking roll for a large flat crispbread.

Remove the top baking paper.
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Scratch the breadbread with a doughpaste / knife so that there will be a lot of pieces (just be creative - but you'll get as many)

Take the other half and cook the same bread.
