Ingredients for Turkey Breast with parsley

Cotton yarn
EVS. light sauce thickens
Freshly ground pepper
¼ tsp Coarse salt
½ l Karo's basic sauce with milk
1 dl Water
100 g Parsley
200 g Sugar peas
25 g Butter
320 g Solve the rice URf.eks. a mix with wild rice
400 g Broccoli
500 g Turkey Breast

Instructions for Turkey Breast with parsley

To prepare the Turkey Breast with parsley recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pick the parsley in small twigs, rinse and dry them well. Put the Turkey Breast in the "smooth" side and cut a pocket in the thick part of the meat. Fill your pocket with parsley sprigs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Volume cotton yarn about Turkey Breast 7-8 spots, so it is kept down to a small fry.

Let the butter be browned in a sauté pan. Brown the meat on all sides (about 3 minutes in total). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the water and cook the Turkey Breast on a low heat and under the lid approx. ½ hour-turn on and off. Take the roast and let it rest covered for about 10 min.

Pour the basic sauce with milk in sauterpanden with stegesky. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook it on low heat and stirring continuously for approx. 2 min. Smooth if necessary. the sauce and season to taste.

By serving: cut the roast into slices-remove cotton yarn gradually. Serve the meat on a platter with the vegetables. Got sauce and rice in each its warm bowl.
