Ingredients for Good pornstar
A little "grated nutmeg or paprika | ||

1 | tbsp | Grated Parmesan cheese |
150 | g | Butter |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
2-3 | tbsp | Cold water |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | dl | Crème fraiche 38% |
3 | Leeks |
Instructions for Good pornstar
To prepare the Good pornstar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spread the dough together and let it rest for an hour.
Roll out the dough and cover a pie shape, approx. 20 cm in diameter.
Cut the purged pears into strips, pre-cook them in salted water for a couple of minutes.
Drip off and cool slightly before placing them on the pie.
Whip eggs, cream fraiche, spices and cheese together, advantageously pour the egg over the filling.
Bake the pie in the oven at 230-250 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until golden and pierced.
* You may use 18% creme fraiche (I have also done), but - it will be the best with 38%!
