100gCheese for gratinating
2Minced yellow onions (about 150 grams)
25gButter
4Pork chops (about 650 grams)
450gMushrooms, sliced

To prepare the Chops with mushrooms with cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove bones and grease from the cutlets. Brown them in golden butter in a sauté pande, approx. 2 minutes on each side. Take the chops and keep them warm.

Season onion and mushrooms at even heat for approx. 5 minutes. Add Herpes de Provence and whipped cream. Let the sauce boil on high heat and stir for approx. 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
