Ingredients for Beef cubes in tasty red wine sauce

optional A little cream
Pepper
Salt
1 can Peeled tomatoes
1 bundle Parsley
1 bottle Red wine
1 bundle Thyme
1300 g Beef cubes (GL. daws beef roast into cubes)
2 Onion
4 rods Leaf celery
4 Large carrots

Instructions for Beef cubes in tasty red wine sauce

To prepare the Beef cubes in tasty red wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put beef cubes in soft "in red wine with thyme, parsley, salt & pepper and the chopped vegetables. It should pull for a minimum of 10 hours.

Procedure: 1. Take the beef cubes and brown them lightly from in a large pot. Pour the rest of the red wine marinaden incl. herbs and vegetables in the pan. Pour the peeled tomatoes in and let it all simmer for about 1 ½-2 hours. Test whether the meat is tender.

2. remove meat from and blend red wine/vegetables, etc. Taste the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the meat and warm up again.

Serve with mashed potatoes or oven-fried potatoes. You can also do a mix of parmasanost and orange peel to sprinkle over sauce when serving.

Note that red wine sauce is pretty powerful in taste, but at the same time very popular)
