Ingredients for Cheese-baked pork chops

Broccoli Florets
Fat for frying
Air-dried (like candied) red bell peppers
Boiled potatoes
Pepper
Salt
0.5 dl Grated cheese
1 Eggs
1 dl Broth
1 dl Finely ground bread crumbs
1.5 dl Cream
2 tbsp Butter
4 Large or 8 small pork chops
500 g Mixed mushrooms
