Ingredients for Chicken with chilli and tomato

Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
The shell of 0.5 organic Lemon
Sugar
0.5 bottle Red wine
1 can Skinned tomatoes
1 Small bunch parsley
1 Large onion finely chopped
2 Finely chopped red chillies with nuclei (possibly 3-4 dried "piri piri" chili)
3–4 clove Finely chopped garlic
4 Customize large pieces of chicken such as thighs or breast

To prepare the Chicken with chilli and tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown chicken pieces in olive oil in a Saute pan or a thick-bottomed saucepan. Take them up. Saute the onion, garlic and chilli in chicken fat. Add the chicken pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour the red wine over.

Let Cook in for about half. Add the peeled tomatoes, some salt and sugar. Simmer, covered, for about a half an hour.

Meanwhile, rinse and chop the parsley. The half lemon rives fine, and parsley and lemon zest mixed together.

Server Court with spaghetti tossed in a little of the sauce, and sprinkle the whole with lemon-parsley mixture and possibly a little finely grated Parmesan cheese.
