Ingredients for Meatballs with celery sauce

Water covering "dough balls"-half
Water covering the first
Water from the meatballs and celery
1 Onions, diced
1-1.5 Celery, cleaned and diced
1-3 tbsp Wheat flour
2-5 tbsp Milk
50 g Butter (possibly less)
50 g Butter for pan
500 g Pork sausage meat, if desired mix of calf and pig

Instructions for Meatballs with celery sauce

To prepare the Meatballs with celery sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Forcemeat for the meatballs: mix all the ingredients. There may be a need for more flour or milk to forcemeat feels lind (not too gooey).
Forcemeat rests in 15 min.

Serve with boiled potatoes.
