Ingredients for Pistachio IS

1 tsp Vanilla sugar
100 g Milk-hazelnut-chocolate (eg: "fin carré-whole nut" from lidl)
100 g Pistachio lot
2 dl Sugar
3 Egg whites
4.5 dl Whipping cream (and why not 5 dl. because that then there is a bit to the coffee also:)
5 Egg yolks

Instructions for Pistachio IS

To prepare the Pistachio IS recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar so it becomes "white" and airy.

Whip egg whites so they are completely stuck (the bowl can be turned on the head).

Whip the cream well stiff (without it becoming yellow / for butter of course), so keep it well together without the eggs sinking to the bottom and no need to touch the ice during freezing.

Needed chocolate chopped roughly.

The eggs are turned into the cream, then the egg whites are easily turned into the cream and the chocolate and pistachio mass are easily reversed.

Fill the ice in a suitable / like spring form and cover with silver paper, freeze for at least 8 hours.
