Butter/oil for frying
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
0.5 tsp Cardamom
0.5 tsp Nutmeg
0.5 tsp Ground ginger
1 can Bean sprouts
1 Bouillon cube
1 tray Mushrooms
1 can Chopped tomatoes
1 clove Garlic
1 can Mini corn
1 Pepper fruit
1 pkg Sugar peas
1 dl Water
1 can Water chestnuts
2 tsp Curry
2 Onion
2.5 dl Coconut milk

Instructions for Rice fork vegetarian

To prepare the Rice fork vegetarian recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut and chop the vegetables into suitable pieces. Melt the butter in a large pot of oil and curry and let the curry "burn off". Season the onions and garlic until they are golden. Add vegetables and sweets until they have thrown all the veins. Add tomatoes, broth, coconut milk and the rest of the spices. Let the simmer simmer until the vegetables are cooked tenderly (about 20-30 minutes)
Served with rice.

Minima, water chestnuts and bean sprouts can be collected in a can, so you can only use one or two of these. Dish accessories can be roasted coconut flour, fried bananas, raisins, peanuts and what else you could think of.
