0.5 Onions in slices (small)
1 dl White wine
2 stem Parsley
2 dl Whipped cream
25 g Mushrooms (cleaned)
35 g Wheat flour
35 g Butter
4 dl Fish stock

Instructions for Sauce Vin Blanc

To prepare the Sauce Vin Blanc recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt butter without it takes color.
