Pepper, freshly ground
The juice and rind of 1 lime
Salt
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Fresh chopped Marjoram
1 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp Fresh chopped Rosemary
1 tsp Grated ginger
1 dl Sweet chilli sauce
1,3 dl Fish force
1,5 dl Cream
100 g Onion finely chopped
20 g Butter
4,5 dl Coconut milk
500 g Tagliatelle
6 Kaffir lime leaves coarsely chopped
800 g Smoked salmon into strips

Take a large pot of boiling water and a little salt. Cook the tagliatelle "al dénte". It is sifted and returned to the pot. The fresh herbs and vinegar mix with the pasta. This is kept warm.

Melt the butter in a thickened pot. Add the onions and heat them evenly until smooth and soft. Add ginger, fishpower, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and skull and glue leaves. Let it boil for approx. 2 minutes. Stir the coconut milk and simmer for low heat for 8 - 10 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Bring the shredded salmon slices and season with salt and pepper. Let it warm through.

Distribute the pasta onto 4 plates and cross the sauce. Served immediately.
