Ingredients for Sugar-free Sand Cake

Sweetener equivalent to ca. 150 g sugar
1 Eggs
1.5 dl Fine yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp Honey
2 dl Milk
2 tbsp Melted butter
2.5 dl Wheat flour
4 tsp Baking soda

Instructions for Sugar-free Sand Cake

To prepare the Sugar-free Sand Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

The dry ingredients mix well together with, if necessary. fillings. The wet stuff is stirred and the dough poured into a lubricated 1-liter form.

Bake approx. 25 min. At 180 degrees C. alm. oven.

The cake is most interesting with some kind of filling, for example. 40 grams chopped, dark chocolate or nuts, raisins, etc. You can also make a marble cork by taking a third of the dough and stir 2 teaspoons of cocoa in it.

Chocolate cake: Mix 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon of stewed cinnamon with the flour and add 1 dl of milk. Slightly chopped chocolate puts the dough on the cake.

Lemon Cake:
Add the dough to the finely ground shell of 1/2 lemon and replace the milk with 3 dl of yogurt natural. Really good.

Banana Cake:
Milk, baking soda, salt and sweetener in the indicated men mix with 1 teaspoon of stashed cinnamon 50-100 g (preferably light) raisins and 25-50 g chopped walnuts. Mix 500 g of mashed bananas, honey and melted butter in the quantities indicated, as well as 2 eggs. You can also add chopped coctail berries. Note: Do not milk. The dough is put in a greased spring form and baked for almost an hour at 175 degrees.
