"the juice from 1 large orange
Juice from 3 lemons
0.5 cup Sugar
1 Eggs
1 tsp Baking soda
1 dl Honey
1 pinch Salt
1 dl Yogurt neutral
100 g Chopped dark chocolate
2 Avocados
250 g Wheat flour
5 dl Cream
65 g Chopped walnuts

To prepare the Chocolate / avocado cake with avocado whipped cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cake: Set the oven to 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate and walnuts in a bowl.
Whip the meat from the avocados, honninh, orange juice, egg and yogurt carefully in another bowl.
Pour the avocado mixture into the other bowl and use a hand mixer to whip the ingredients together.
Pour the dough into a spring form.
Pour the cake for 35-40 minutes.

Whipped cream: Mash the meat from the avocados.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Whip the cream to whipped cream in another bowl.
Gently turn the avocado into the whipped cream.
