Fresh thyme (or dried)
Pepper
Salt

2 Shallots
2-3 clove Garlic

6-8 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
75-150 g Butter
9 dl Beef stock (beef broth)

Instructions for Red wine sauce ala JJ

To prepare the Red wine sauce ala JJ recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt some butter and turn onion, garlic and tomato paste. Bring balsamic, thyme, rosemary and good with pepper and let it boil for a "thick pasta". Now pour the red wine and bring it to a boil.
Now simmer until it's cooked heavily in at least half and preferably up to a third.
Pour it all through a sieve and possibly. A tea towel if a whole "pure" sauce is desired.
Back in the pan with it and add the beef fund. Bring it back to the boil and simmer until at least half is gone. Again, I would like to go down to a third. If a sauce is more desired a "glace" is desired, it must be cooked further.
All of the above can be done the day before it is needed. (Tip: if it seems very acidic, a little honey can make wonders)
Before serving, bring it back to the boil and add a good crunch of butter, as well as salt and pepper.
Be a great red wine sauce, where it is possible to taste time spent on cooking.
Tip: Add 1/4 L of whipped cream and you get a "softer" red wine sauce, I like to do it myself.
